摘要
为了解决倾斜煤层留煤柱开采资源浪费严重的问题,利用数值模拟软件对沿顶煤矩形断面、沿顶煤弧形断面、沿顶煤多边形断面、煤层中位矩形断面和沿底板矩形断面进行研究,确定最佳断面形式为沿顶煤弧形断面。同时对不同煤柱宽度下煤柱内部垂直应力、煤柱左右端的位移量进行分析,确定煤柱宽度为6 m时巷道应力最佳,同时给出了巷道支护方案,为矿井留设煤柱的选择提供一定参考。
In order to solve the problem of serious waste of resources in coal pillar mining by leaving coal pillars in inclined coal seams,numerical simulation software is used to simulate and study rectangular section along the top coal,arc section along the top coal,polygon section along the top coal,rectangular section in the middle of coal seam and rectangular section along the bottom plate,and determine the best section form as arc section along the top coal.At the same time,the displacement of the left and right ends of the coal pillar was analyzed for the vertical stresses inside the coal pillar under different pillar widths,and the best stresses in the roadway were determined when the width of the coal pillar was 6 m.The roadway support scheme was also given to provide some reference for the selection of the coal pillar to be left in the mine.
