摘要
为了解决刮板输送机中部槽在矿井工作中易出现磨损等问题,利用数值模拟软件对直线工况及斜切三个时间下的等效应力云图进行分析,发现中部槽的哑铃窝处及铲煤板肋板根部位置会出现应力集中。通过对肋板倒角、哑铃窝弧形半径、铲板厚度、肋板厚度进行优化,应力集中区域的最大应力为211.2 MPa,质量从优化前的726.71 kg降低至722.47 kg,降低了0.5%,最大变形量降低了4.8%,优化设计较成功,为矿井刮板输送机优化提供一定的依据。
In order to solve the problem that the middle groove of the scraper conveyor is prone to wear in the mine,the equivalent force cloud diagram under three times of straight line condition and oblique cutting is analyzed by numerical simulation software,and it is found that the stress concentration occurs at the dumbbell fossa and the root of the rib plate of the shovel plate in the middle groove.The maximum stress in the stress concentration area is 211.2MPa,the mass is reduced from 726.71 kg to 722.47 kg,a reduction of 0.5%,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 4.8%.The optimized design is more successful and provides a certain basis for the optimization of the mine scraper conveyor.The optimized design is more successful and provides a basis for mine scraper conveyor optimization.
