摘要
为解决当前掘进效率与巷道开采效率不匹配从而制约整个煤矿生产力的问题,在对1017工作面地质条件分析的基础上,基于数值模拟手段对蛇形、回形和螺旋形切割路径对应的巷道变形量和顶板、两帮的平均垂直应力进行对比,得出蛇形切割路径的自下而上切割方式为最佳。根据掘进任务和当前临时支护设备的不足对临时支护设备进行改进,提升了支护效率,为提升巷道掘进效率奠定基础。
In order to solve the current problem of restricting the productivity of the whole coal mine due to the mismatch between digging efficiency and roadway mining efficiency,based on the analysis of the geological conditions of 1017 working face,a comparison of the roadway deformation and the average vertical stress of the top plate and the two helpers corresponding to the serpentine,return and spiral cutting paths was made based on numerical simulation,and the bottom-up cutting method of the serpentine cutting path was concluded to be the best;finally,the temporary support equipment was improved according to the digging task and the shortage of the current temporary support equipment,which improved the support efficiency and laid the foundation for improving the roadway digging efficiency.
