煤矿掘进机回转油缸疲劳断裂问题分析与改进 被引量:3

摘要 针对某煤炭企业掘进机回转油缸销轴连接位置出现断裂的问题,借助ANSYS Workbench仿真计算软件,开展了断裂问题分析与改进工作。结果表明,回转油缸销轴连接位置疲劳寿命较低是其出现断裂问题的主要原因,采用更换回转油缸销轴连接位置材料的方法进行优化设计,具体是由40Cr换成35CrMo之后的仿真结果显示,回转油缸销轴连接位置的疲劳寿命提高了40%。将改进后的回转油缸进行实践应用显示,回转油缸工作稳定可靠。 With the help of ANSYS workbench simulation software,the analysis and improvement of the fracture problem were carried out for the fracture of the pin connection position of the rotary cylinder of a coal digging machine in a coal enterprise.The results show that the low fatigue life of the rotary cylinder pin connection position is the main reason for the fracture problem.The simulation results showed that the fatigue life of the rotary cylinder pin connection position was increased by 40% after changing the material of the rotary cylinder pin connection position from 40Cr to35CrMo.The practical application of the improved slewing cylinder shows that the slewing cylinder works stably and reliably.
