矿井刮板输送机监测及故障诊断系统设计

摘要 针对矿井刮板输送机故障频发,缺乏有效监测装置的情况,提出了一种刮板输送机故障监测与诊断系统。通过对刮板输送机的常见故障进行分析,针对各故障类型提出所需监测的参数与具体实施方案,并设计了监测系统的整体结构方案与功能。对系统的监控装置硬件结构进行分析,确定了装置的最小系统、通信方式、信号调理方式,并详细阐述与设计了电压的信号调理电路。通过试验测试了系统的信号采集功能,证明参数采集的相对误差较小,可满足系统功能需求。 A scraper failure monitoring and diagnosis system is proposed for the frequent occurrence of scraper conveyor failures in mines and the lack of effective monitoring devices.By analyzing the common faults of the scraper conveyor,the parameters to be monitored and the specific implementation plan are proposed for each fault type,and the overall structure plan and functions of the monitoring system are designed.The hardware structure of the monitoring device of the system is analyzed,the minimum system of the device,the communication method and the signal conditioning method are determined,and the signal conditioning circuit of the voltage is elaborated and designed.The signal acquisition function of the system is tested through experiments,which proves that the relative error of parameter acquisition is small and meets the functional requirements of the system.
