煤矿排水泵合理用电策略及仿真分析

摘要 为解决煤矿生产中传统排水泵长时间运行导致的效率低、电费较高的问题,对煤矿排水泵关键参数进行分析,基于“避峰填谷”原则完成了灰色预测模型和预测控制模型的设计,实现了排水泵合理用电策略功能。通过实践应用,验证了合理用电策略预测模型和控制模型的准确性,证实了“避峰填谷”的用电策略可达到降低电费的目的,提高煤矿生产的安全性。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high electricity cost caused by the long operation of traditional drainage pump in coal mine production,the key parameters of coal mine drainage pump are analyzed,and the grey prediction model and prediction control model are designed based on the principle of "avoiding peaks and filling valleys" to realize the function of reasonable power consumption strategy of drainage pump.The accuracy of the prediction model and control model of the rational power consumption strategy was verified,and it was confirmed that the "peak avoidance and valley filling" power consumption strategy can reduce the electricity cost and improve the safety of coal mine production.
