摘要
针对传统带式输送机异步电机驱动系统存在的启动困难、功耗高、故障多等问题,采用智能永磁直驱系统替代传统的驱动装置直接驱动带式输送机,并对系统的组成结构和工作原理进行阐述。实践证明,智能永磁直驱系统具有启动转矩大、过载能力强、功率高、维护成本低等优点,可有效提升矿井运输效率。
In this paper,in view of the problems of difficult starting,high power consumption and many failures of the traditional belt conveyor asynchronous motor drive system,the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system is used to replace the traditional drive device to drive the belt conveyor directly,and the composition structure and working principle of the system are explained.It is proved that using intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system has the advantages of high starting torque,high overload capacity,high power and low maintenance cost,which effectively improves the efficiency of mine transportation.
