摘要
为进一步提升刮板输送机的运输效率、安全性和可靠性,在对刮板输送机负载特性研究的基础上,重点研究了交流变频技术在刮板输送机的应用模式和配套设计,并为保证交流变频技术能够充分发挥其作用,重点对刮板输送机机头架、启动方式以及功率平衡控制策略进行优化,为今后刮板输送机的实际应用奠定基础。
In order to further improve the transportation efficiency,safety and reliability of scraper conveyor,based on the study of load characteristics of scraper conveyor,the application mode and supporting design of AC frequency conversion technology in scraper conveyor are focused on;finally,in order to ensure that AC frequency conversion technology can give full play to its function,the headstock,starting mode and power balance control strategy of scraper conveyor are focused on optimization,so as to lay the foundation for the practical application of scraper conveyor in the future.
