摘要
带式输送机作为煤矿普遍采用的运输工具,传统控制方案效率低,电动机启动运行电流大,不能满足当前节能高效的要求。通过对传统控制方式的研究,以及对带式输送机工作状况的分析,采用高效的变频控制技术,再以运输煤量与功率作出控制策略。实际应用结果表明,通过对带式输送机的控制方案进行升级,并采用PLC变频控制器作为带式输送机控制系统的核心,达到了良好的节能效果。
As a commonly used transportation tool in coal mines,the traditional control scheme has low efficiency and high motor starting operation current,which cannot meet the current requirements of energy saving and high efficiency.By studying the traditional control methods and analyzing the working condition of the belt conveyor,the highly efficient frequency conversion control technology is adopted,and then the control strategy is made with the transported coal volume and power.The actual application results show that good energy-saving effect is achieved by upgrading the control scheme of belt conveyor and using PLC frequency conversion controller as the core of belt conveyor control system.
