摘要 针对皮带输送机在使用过程中容易出现温度异常等故障,提出采用光纤测温对皮带输送机沿线温度进行监测,并具体分析探讨光纤测温系统结构以及探测光纤布置形式。矿井通过使用光纤测温,可在一定程度上提升皮带输送机运行安全保障能力以及可靠性,对提升矿井生产效益具有一定促进意义。 For the belt conveyor in the use of the process prone to temperature abnormalities and other failures,the use of fiber optic temperature measurement is proposed to monitor the temperature along the belt conveyor,and specific analysis to explore the structure of the fiber optic temperature measurement system and detection fiber arrangement form.The use of fiber optic temperature measurement in mines can improve the safety and reliability of belt conveyor operation to a certain extent,which has a certain significance to improve the production efficiency of mines.
