摘要
基于煤矿主通风机传统监控系统自动化水平低、故障率高、劳动作业强度大等技术难题,根据实际情况白洞矿对矿井主通风机安装了一套智能化监控系统,分析了该系统结构组成。并通过实际应用来看,该监控系统投入使用后主风机出现故障后未出现故障报警滞后现象,系统维运人员由原来的4名减少至2名,降低了劳动作业强度,提高了主通风机监控自动化水平,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the technical problems of low automation level,high failure rate and high labor intensity of traditional monitoring system of main ventilation fan in coal mine,an intelligent monitoring system was installed for main ventilation fan in mine according to the actual situation in Baidong mine,the structural composition of the system was analyzed,and through practical application,the monitoring system was put into use without failure alarm lag after the main fan failure,and the system maintenance and operation personnel were reduced from 5 to 2,which reduced the labor intensity and improved the automation level of fan monitoring and achieved significant application results.
