刮板输送机全液压自动张紧控制系统的研究

摘要 为了解决传统刮板输送机自动张紧系统稳定性差的问题,通过对原有系统进行仿真发现,在收缩工况下液压缸无杆侧的压力呈现大幅度波动,极易造成部件的损坏,所以对系统进行优化设计,给出了基于遗传算法PID的优化方案,并对优化方案进行仿真验证。验证发现,优化后的系统压力达到稳定的时间明显降低,且压力波动幅度也有所降低,可为矿井刮板输送机的稳定运行提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of poor stability of the tradition al scraper conveyor automatic tensioning system,it is found through the simulation of the original system that the pressure on the rodless side of the hydraulic cylinder under the contraction condition shows large fluctuations,which is very likely to cause damage to the components,so the system is optimized and the optimization scheme based on genetic algorithm PID is given,and the optimization scheme is simulated and verified.The verification finds that the optimized system pressure reaches stability in significantly lower time and the pressure fluctuation magnitude is also reduced,which can provide reference for the stable operation of mine scraper conveyor.
