摘要
针对传统的空压机监测方法及技术较为落后,大量消耗企业人力、物力,数据监测准确率低,实时性差等问题,提出了采用智能化远程监测的方法对空压机监测预警系统进行优化改进分析。通过系统测试,改进后的远程监测预警系统运行平稳,数据精确,故障预警准确率达99.7%,符合相关设计要求,可应用于实际生产中。
Aiming at the problems that the traditional air compressor monitoring method is relatively backward in technology,consumes a lot of enterprise manpower and material resources,has low data monitoring accuracy and poor real-time,an optimized and improved analysis of the air compressor monitoring and early warning system is proposed using the intelligent remote monitoring method.Through system testing,the improved remote monitoring and early warning system runs smoothly,with accurate data and 99.7% accuracy of fault warning,which meets the relevant design requirements and can be applied in actual production.
