摘要 针对煤矿井下电机车行驶环境恶劣,且相应定位导航监测技术落后,调度自动化水平低下,导致电机车运输过程中事故频发,严重影响井下生产安全及效率的问题,采用传感器定位技术对井下电机车行驶位置进行精确定位,同时对机车姿态、车速等运行状态进行实时监测,并通过光纤以太网+无线局域网组合通信网络实现数据高效传输,有效提高了井下电机车运输的效率及安全性。 Due to the poor driving environment of undergroun d electric locomotive in coal mine,the backward positioning and navigation monitoring technology and the low level of dispatching automation,accidents occur frequently in the transportation process of electric locomotive,which seriously affects the safety and efficiency of underground production.In view of the above problems,this paper uses sensor positioning technology to accurately locate the driving position of underground electric locomotive,at the same time,real-time monitor the running status such as locomotive attitude and speed,and realize efficient data transmission through optical fiber Ethernet + wireless LAN combined communication network,which effectively improves the efficiency and safety of underground electric locomotive transportation.
