摘要
胶片冷却装置是橡胶制品生产过程的关键加工设备,而装置的传输系统则直接关系到生产系统的运行效果和效率。通过对橡胶混炼胶片冷却装置传输系统的整体设计,完成了辊筒传输、同步带调整、传送带升降等机构的结构设计,以Siemens PLC控制板作为控制部分为核心,以步进电机、直流减速电机、气缸等执行元件带动机械结构,实现了橡胶混炼胶片的快速传输、位置调整、标识识别、智能分拣等功能,具有传输高效、识别稳定、分拣高效等优点。
With the rise of intelligent manufacturing,the intelli gent degree of automated production line is also increasing.Film cooling unit is the key equipment in rubber production process,and the transmission system of the unit is directly related to the operation effect and efficiency of the production system.Through the overall design of the transmission system of rubber mixing film cooling device,the structural design of roller transmission,synchronous belt adjustment,conveyor belt lifting and other mechanisms is completed.With Siemens PLC control board as the control part as the core,the mechanical structure is driven by stepping motor,DC reduction motor,cylinder and other executive components.It realizes the functions of rapid transmission,position adjustment,identification and intelligent sorting of rubber mixing film,and has the advantages of efficient transmission,stable identification and efficient sorting.
