摘要 针对采煤机动力电缆在随采煤机进行往复运动时,电缆时常需进行弯折叠加,易引发电缆接地短路等故障,设计了一种跟机自适应采煤机电缆拖拽装置。经过现场测试,该采煤机电缆拖拽装置能够拖拽采煤机电缆自动跟随采煤机运行,可显著减少采煤机电缆弯折次数,有效降低采煤机电缆故障率。 For the power cable of coal mining machine in the reciprocating movement with the coal mining machine,the cable often needs to be bent and stacked,which may cause the fault of cable ground short circuit,etc.In this regard,a heel adaptive coal mining machine cable dragging device was designed.After the field test,the cable dragging device can drag the coal mining machine cable to follow the coal mining machine automatically,which can significantly reduce the number of bending of the coal mining machine cable and effectively reduce the failure rate of the coal mining machine cable.
