矿用带式输送机自动化控制系统的设计与应用

摘要 先进的自动化控制系统能显著提升带式输送机的运行稳定性和效率。以DTII80/60/2×160型带式输送机为研究对象,在对其整体结构进行简要分析的基础上,设计研究了其自动化控制系统。该系统可以根据带式输送机实际运输量对运行速度进行控制,同时确保2台电动机之间的功率平衡;并且系统中使用的PLC控制器和变频器型号分别为S7-1200、6ES71,均具有优异的综合性能,可以确保控制系统运行时的可靠性和稳定性。将设计的自动化控制系统应用到带式输送机工程实践中,取得较好的应用效果。 Advanced automation control system can significantly improve the operational stability and efficiency of belt conveyors.Taking the DTII80/60/2×160 belt conveyor used in coal mines as an example,based on a brief analysis of the overall structure,an automated control system was designed and studied.The system can control the operating speed according to the actual transportation volume of the belt conveyor,while ensuring the power balance between the two motors.The PLC controller and inverter models used in the system are S7-1200 and 6ES71 respectively,and both have excellent comprehensive performance,which can ensure the reliability and stability of the control system during operation.The application of the automation control system to the belt conveyor engineering practice has achieved good application effects.
