摘要
针对长距离带式输送机在运行过程中存在的启动功率不平衡及空载、低载荷运行状态等问题,提出了运用耦合补偿与变频调速的方法进行节能优化。经测试表明,该方法解决了长距离带式输送机启动功率不平衡及空载、低载荷运行等问题,减少了设备磨损,提升了能源使用率,降低了企业成本,达到了节能优化的目的。
Aiming at the problems of unbalanced starting power and no-load and low-load operating conditions in the operation of long-distance belt conveyor,the method of using coupling compensation and frequency conversion speed regulation is proposed for energy-saving optimization.The test shows that the method solves the problems of unbalanced starting power and no-load and low-load operation of long-distance belt conveyor,reduces equipment wear and tear,improves energy utilization rate,reduces enterprise cost,and achieves the purpose of energy-saving optimization.
