摘要
为了保证采煤机安全运行及加速工作面智能化建设,对煤岩识别技术进行分析,确定了机器深度学习煤岩识别技术的优越性;同时通过建立采煤机及煤层地质统一坐标轴给出了煤层地质模型建立及采煤机预截割线路,有效提升了采煤机自动化运行程度,为矿井高效开采,智能化、自动化建设提供了一定的依据与借鉴。
In order to ensure the safe operation of coal mining machine and accelerate the intelligent construction of working face,the coal rock recognition technology is analyzed and the superiority of machine deep learning coal rock recognition technology is determined;meanwhile,the coal seam geological model establishment and coal mining machine pre-cutting line are given by establishing the unified coordinate axis of coal mining machine and coal seam geology,which effectively improves the automatic operation of coal mining machine and provides some basis and reference for the efficient mining,intelligent and automatic construction.
