摘要
现代社会中无论是工业生产、农业种植还是工程建设,都需要复杂多样的机械设备作为支撑,机械设备的质量和水平决定了社会发展的速度和效果,研究分析现代机械设计制造工艺和精密加工技术,对于提高现代机械设备的制造水平与精密度具有重要的意义。分析了现代制造中当前普遍用到的电阻焊工艺、气体保护焊工艺和埋弧焊工艺,并研究了超精密研磨技术、超精密切削技术和纳米技术等精密加工技术,以提高社会工业生产的效率和质量。
In modern society,whether it is industrial production,agricultural planting or engineering construction,all need complex and diverse mechanical equipment as support,the quality and level of mechanical equipment determines the speed and effect of social development,research and analysis of modern mechanical design and manufacturing process and precision machining technology is of great significance to improve the manufacturing level and precision of modern mechanical equipment.Resistance welding process,gas shielded welding process and submerged arc welding process,which are commonly used in modern manufacturing at present,are analyzed,and precision machining technologies such as ultra-precision grinding technology,ultra-precision cutting technology and nano-technology are studied to improve the efficiency and quality of social industrial production.
