Research on Equipment Support for Header Working Face

为了实现综放工作面设备配套,基于设备配套原则及设备选用要求,针对采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架进行设备参数分析,使其在工作面空间布局、设备性能、生产能力上做到相互匹配。通过在某矿综放工作面工程实践,该设备配套达到生产系统的最优化。

In order to realize the equipment matching in the header working face,based on the principle of equipment matching and equipment selection requirements,the equipment parameters of coal mining machine,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support are analyzed to make them match each other in the working face space layout,equipment performance and production capacity,and through the engineering practice in a mine header working face,the optimization of the production system is achieved.
