摘要
液压支架在煤矿中长时间的使用或者被化学物质长时间侵蚀,会导致其表面出现划痕和破损,在一定程度上降低液压支架的性能。传统的电镀硬铬工艺可以有效地保护液压支架表面,然而这种修复技术对环境的污染较大,并且产生的经济效益也不高。基于此,通过以往的经验,对液压支架的修复工艺流程进行全面的分析和深入探究。
Long time use in coal mines or long time erosion by che mical substances will lead to scratches and breakage on the surface of hydraulic bracket,which will reduce the performance of hydraulic bracket to a certain extent.The traditional electroplating hard chrome process can effectively protect the surface of the hydraulic bracket,however,this repair technology is more polluting to the environment and generates little economic benefits.Based on this,a comprehensive analysis and in-depth investigation of the repair process of hydraulic brackets is carried out through previous experience.
