综采工作面液压支架系统用液污染分析

摘要 主要对综采工作面液压支架系统供液和排查污染展开分析,以及通过对提取污染物的样本分析得出,润滑脂与橡胶材料是造成液压支架滤芯与阀芯堵塞的主要污染物。针对这些污染物,提出应有效控制液压支架用液系统混入润滑脂,使用抗老化性更高、耐磨性更好的液压系统密封材料等防污染措施。 The analysis is mainly carried out with multi hydraulic bracket system fluid supply and drainage pollution,as well as through the sample analysis of extracted pollutants,it is concluded that grease and rubber materials are the main pollutants causing hydraulic bracket cartridge and valve spool blockage.For these pollutants,it is proposed that the hydraulic support fluid system should be effectively controlled by mixing grease,and anti-pollution measures such as higher anti-aging and better wear-resistant hydraulic system sealing materials should be used.
