摘要
煤矿液压支架是机械化采煤系统中的重要设备,担负着支撑矿井工作面的重要任务,其安全稳定的运行状态是煤矿安全生产的前提和保障。液压支架常见的故障发生在油缸、液管、接头、立柱等部位,分析了液压支架常见故障的发生原因,并针对每一种故障情况给出了故障处理建议和平时的维护策略,最大程度上避免该类故障的发生,提高煤矿综采工作面液压支架的安全性和可靠性。
The hydraulic support in coal mine is an important equipment in the mechanized coal mining system,which is responsible for the important task of supporting the working face of the mine,and its safe and stable operation status is the premise and guarantee of safe production in coal mine.The common failures of hydraulic bracket occur in the cylinder,hydraulic pipe,joint,column and other parts.The causes of these common failures of hydraulic bracket are analyzed,and the troubleshooting suggestions and usual maintenance strategies are given for each failure situation to avoid the occurrence of such failures to the greatest extent and improve the safety and reliability of hydraulic bracket in coal mine comprehensive mining working face.
