Inner-ring Failure-improvement of JL-2 Transmission Outputshaft Bearing

基于某型变速器在耐久试验过程中,发生轴承内圈从输出轴轴颈脱出,造成输出轴轴承滚子悬空,进而导致变速器失效的问题,分析了耐久试验过程中的故障,提出相应的改进措施,并通过台架试验进行了验证,对后续同类设计具有一定的指导意义。

Based on a type of transmission in the endurance test process,bearing inner ring from the output shaft journal dislodged,resulting in the output shaft bearing roller overhang,which led to the failure of the transmission,the failure in the endurance test process was analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed,and verified through the bench test,which has a certain guiding significance for the subsequent similar design.
