二硫化碳-四氯化碳精馏工艺改进与模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用气相进料和减压精馏的工艺,对初始设计的二硫化碳-四氯化碳精馏工艺进行了改进。利用Aspen Plus软件对精馏工艺过程进行了模拟运算,优选出最适宜的工艺条件:精馏段塔板数10块,提馏段塔板数14块,回流比为3.4。在此工艺条件下,塔顶二硫化碳质量分数为95.05%,塔底四氯化碳质量分数为99.94%。进料流量为90 kg/h时,与原工艺相比,再沸器热负荷由6.72 kW降为2.79 kW,能耗降低了58.5%。 The originally designed distillation process of carbon disulfide-carbon tetrachloride was improved by adopting the process of gas-phase feed and vacuum distillation.The distillation process was simulated by Aspen Plus software.The most suitable process conditions were selected as follows:the number of trays in rectification section was 10;the number of trays in stripping section was 14;the reflux ratio was 3.4.Under the above process conditions,the mass fraction of carbon disulfide at the top of the tower was 95.05%,the mass fraction of carbon tetrachloride at the bottom of the tower is 99.94%.Compared with the original process,the heat load of the reboiler was reduced from 6.72 kW to 2.79 kW,i.e.reduction in energy consumption by 58.5%,when the feed flow was 90 kg/h.
