摘要
众多教学者使用各种仿真实验方式对迈克尔逊干涉仪进行了教学辅助,如ZEMAX和Matlab软件。Matlab软件并非专门的光学仿真软件,缺乏直观性,ZEMAX主要仿真手段是几何光线的追迹,忽略了衍射和矢量等波动光学效应。本文采用了专门的物理光学仿真软件进行了迈克尔逊干涉仪仿真研究,分析了条纹特性,并进行了涡旋光干涉研究。验证了VirtualLab Fusion对于物理光学教学辅助的有效性。
A variety of simulation tools,such as ZEMAX and Matlab,have been used to assist the teaching of the Michelson interferometer.Matlab is not a special optical simulation software and lacks intuitionism.The main simulation method of ZEMAX is the tracing of geometric light,ignoring the optical effects of diffraction and vector wave.The physical optical simulation software is used to simulate the Michelson interferometer,analyze the fringe characteristics,and study vortex beam interferometry.The effectiveness of VirtualLab Fusion for physical optics teaching aid is verified.
