漂浮接箍水平井牵引器测井难点分析及解决方案——以CQ油田为例

摘要 长位移垂深长水平井下套管时磨阻高,难以安全顺利下入到目的层位。为了保证套管的顺利下放,钻井通常采用下入漂浮接箍的方法。因漂浮接箍独有的构造,给后续牵引器测井工具串通过带来了较大的困难。结合对漂浮接箍结构、井下工具串通过漂浮接箍的运动状态、牵引轮爬行的越障阻力及实际应用情况进行分析,通过系列方法增强牵引器在复杂井筒环境下的适应能力,取得了较好的应用效果。 It is difficult for casing to safely and smoothly set down to the target zone while running it in the long horizontal well with the extended reach due to high friction resistance.In order to ensure the smooth lowering of casing,floating collar is usually used in drilling.Because of the unique structure of floating collar,it is difficult for the subsequent tractor logging tool string to pass through.Based on the analysis of floating collar structure,mobile state of a downhole tool string passing through the floating collar,obstacle climbing resistance of tractor wheels,and the enhanced adaptability of a tractor under complex wellbore environment by a handful of means,a better application result has been achieved.
