摘要
清河油区110kv输电线路老化严重,设备不符合国网改造升级标准,存在各种安全隐患。经统筹考虑,精心规划,在严格执行国家、行业标准的前提下,对存在安全隐患的线路原路径进行改造升级,保障清河油区生产、生活用电。
The 110kv transmission line in Qinghe oil province is seriously aged,with its facilities not conforming with the standards of state grid transformation and upgrading and with various potential safety hazards.After overall consideration,careful planning and under the premise of strict implementation of national and industrial standards,the original transmission line with potential safety hazard was transformed and upgraded to ensure the production and living electricity in Qinghe oil province.
