On Countermeasures for High Quality Development of Old Oilfield from the Perspective of“Three Political Forces”

为了推动历经50余年发展的江汉油田这样一个老油田实现高质量发展,深入剖析提升“政治三力”的现实意义和当前面临的主要矛盾与困难,提出了破题老油田高质量发展的多项对策措施,供广大企业管理同仁参考和借鉴。

In order to promote such an old oilfield as Jianghan with more than 50 years of development to realize high-quality development,this paper analyzes in depth the practical implication of promoting the“Three Political Forces”and the main issues and difficulties currently faced,and puts forward a number of countermeasures for breaking the bottleneck of high-quality development of the old oilfield,such that the reference is available for a majority of managing peers.
