加强新时代党员教育培训的实践与思考

On the Practice and Thinking of Strengthening the Education and Training of Party Members in the New Era

清河采油厂将党史学习教育作为2021年党员干部教育培训重点任务,结合不同层次党员需求,围绕党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史、石油石化创业史5个不同主题设置党史课程。对全厂党员干部及青年团员开展形式多样的党史知识培训,引导党员干部和青年团员,用好用活党史学习教育中的好经验好做法,进一步深化提升党员教育培训,加强学习效果转化。

Qinghe Oil Production Plant takes the learning and education of the Party history as the key task of education and training of the Party members and cadres in 2021.Pointing to the demands of the Party members at different levels,the courses around five different themes combines have been set up such as:Party history,history of new China,history of reform and opening up,history of socialist development and history of entrepreneurship of petroleum and petrochemical industry.The Party members and cadres and young League members of the whole plant shall be trained on the Party history knowledge in various forms to guide the Party members and young League members to make good use of the good experiences and good practices in the learning and education of the Party history,further deepen the education and training of the Party members and enhance the transformation of learning effect.
