大监督工作在加强党的领导、健全运行机制、压实工作责任、提升综合效能等方面持续发力,为油田企业高质量发展提供坚强保证。探讨油田大监督工作现状及取得成效,剖析现有问题,结合油田及各单位实际,提出深化构建“大监督”格局的思考。

The great supervision has played a continuous role in strengthening the leadership of the Party,perfecting the operating mechanism,implementing responsibilities,improving the comprehensive efficiency and others,which provides a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of oilfield enterprises.This paper discusses the present situation and achievements of great supervision in the oilfield,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the idea of deepening the building of the pattern of“great supervision”in combination with the actual situation of the oilfield and each company.
