Investigation is a scientific decision-making process.With the change of internal and external environment,the oil production plant is burdened with the onerous task of reform,development and stability.Investigation plays an important role in reducing risks and improving varying scientific decisions and processes such as production,operation,reform,optimization and adjustment,etc.
