摘要
腰椎间盘突.出症是临床常见病与多发病,手法是主要的治疗手段之一,但疗效仍有待提高。本文从经筋理论及软组织生物力学角度,探析“牵伸松调法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值,以期为本病的手法治疗提供新的思路。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease which is being performed as one of the main method for LDH,while its effect is still need to be improved.This article aims to probe the clinical value of "Stretching-Relaxation-Adjustment Manipulation" for LDH from the perspective of Jingjin theory and soft tissue biomechanics,and to provide a new idea for the manipulation treatment of this disease.
