功能性踝关节不稳者踝关节本体感觉及肌力的研究进展

Research Progress of Ankle Proprioception and Muscle Strength in Patients with Functional Ankle Instability

功能性踝关节不稳是踝关节多次扭伤后最常见的病症,极易引起踝关节的再次损伤。本文主要对功能性踝关节不稳者患侧踝的本体感觉和肌力特征进行综述,以患侧踝的位置觉、力觉、运动觉和不同运动形式下的踝关节肌力(内外翻肌力、屈伸肌力)为脉络,总结发现患侧踝存在位置觉、力觉和运动觉的缺失,同时还存在内外翻肌力和跖屈肌力的不足,背屈肌力则与健康者的差异不大,对临床指导功能性踝关节不稳的康复有一定意义。

Functional ankle instability(FAI) is the most common disease after multiple sprains of the ankle joint.It can easily cause re-injury of the ankle joint.This article mainly reviews the proprioception and muscle strength characteristics of the affected ankle in FAI patients.Taking the position,force,and kinesthetic sensation of the affected ankle in FAI patients and the muscle strength of the ankle joint in different forms of movement(Vanus muscle strength,flexor and extensor muscle strength) as the context,it is concluded that FAI patients have a lack of position,force and kinesthesia in the affected ankle.At the same time,FAI patients also have feet with varus and plantar flexor strength in the affected ankle,but dorsiflexor strength is not much different from that of healthy individuals;this has certain guiding significance for the rehabilitation of functional ankle instability.
