我国法规与API标准对工业管道定期检验要求的区别

国内外大部分国家和地区的工业管道都会按照当地的法律或所接受的标准进行定期检验,而API标准体系中的API 570和API 574是较为常用的工业管道检验标准。从管道分类、检验类型、所采用的检验方法、检验时间间隔、延期检验等方面分析了API 570和API 574中对管道定期检验的要求与我国法规TSG D7005的差异,通过分析发现虽然API标准在检验类型的选择方面更加灵活、检验周期更长、技术要求更加细致、延期条件更加简单,但这些条款的应用是建立在有成熟的设备管理技术体系和高水平的设备管理基础上的。而我国工业管道定期检验法规更加契合目前我国国情,明确了检验方法、检验比例和确定安全状况等级的要求,让使用单位和检验单位能够明确地执行。

Industrial pipelines in most countries and regions at home and abroad are regularly inspected in accordance with local laws or accepted standards.API 570 and API 574 in the API standard system are the more commonly used industrial pipeline inspection standards.The differences between the requirements for periodic inspection of pipelines in API 570 and API 574 and China's regulations TSG D7005 from the aspects of pipeline classification,inspection type,inspection method,inspection interval and delayed inspection were analyzed.Through analysis,it was found that API standards are more flexible in the selection of inspection types,longer inspection cycle,more detailed technical requirements,and simpler extension conditions,but the application of these terms is based on the application of mature equipment management technology system and high-level equipment management.China's regulations on periodic inspection of industrial pipelines are more in line with China's national conditions,and clarify the requirements for inspection methods,inspection proportion and determination of safety status level,so that users and inspection units can clearly implement them.
