摘要
高压蒸汽为石油化工企业常用公用介质,一般由电厂产生,送至石油化工企业。由于电厂与石化企业采用不同技术规范,高压蒸汽管道系统在压力试验时,电厂内与石化企业内的试验压力取值上差异较大。从差异产生的根源入手,分析问题产生原因,比较技术规范的适用范围及差异,从而提出解决方案。
High pressure steam is commonly used medium in petrochemical plant,which is produced in power plant and transported to petrochemical plant.Because different technical codes are adopted in power plant and petrochemical plants respectively,the test pressure for high pressure steam pipe system are very differently required in power plant and petrochemical plant.In this article,from the root of the problem,the cause producing the difference in test pressure was analyzed.The applicable scopes indicated for different technical standards and the differences existed in their content were compared,then the proposals for solving the problem was presented.
