CPC's New Experience in Training and Selecting Female Cadres in the New Era

党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视高素质干部队伍建设,尤其是对女干部的培养选拔予以高度重视,这既是新时代我国优化领导班子结构、建设高素质干部队伍的客观需要,也是落实男女平等基本国策、提高妇女参政议政水平的必然要求。对此,国家出台了一系列相关政策,各级党委和行政机关扎实推进相关工作,在女干部队伍不断壮大的同时也积累了大量新经验,这对开创新时代中国特色社会主义女干部培养选拔以及队伍建设带来重要启示。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party and the state have attached great importance to building a contingent of high-quality cadres,especially to the training and selection of female cadres.This is not only an objective need to optimize China's leadership structure and build a contingent of high-quality carders in the new era,but also an inevitable requirement to implement the basic state policy of gender equality and improve women's participation in politics and government.In this regard,China has issued a series of relevant policies so that party committees and administrative organs at all levels have been making solid strides in relevant work.As the female cadres continue to grow,a large number of new experiences have been accumulated,which can bring important insights into the training and selection of female cadres as well as team building of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
