摘要
高校是助力乡村振兴的独特重要力量,在组织、文化、教育、科研、学科、人才等方面具有政府和其他帮扶单位无可比拟的天然优势,构建政治帮扶、文化帮扶、经济帮扶的高校“三位一体”帮扶模式,能有效解决广大农村地区基层党组织战斗力不强、群众内生发展动力不足、自身发展能力不强等难题。在高校“三位一体”帮扶模式中,政治帮扶是关键抓手,文化帮扶是内在要求,经济帮扶是基础工程,三者形成“1+1+1>3”的系统性力量。高校在助力全面推进乡村振兴过程中,要继续强化“三位一体”帮扶模式,坚持乡村振兴与基层党建、扶志扶智、产业发展相结合,推进乡村的组织振兴、文化振兴、产业振兴、人才振兴,进而实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的有效衔接。
Higher education institution plays a uniquely important role in assisting rural revitalization.Compared with the government and other assisting organizations,they possess incomparably natural advantages in organization,culture,education,scientific research,disciplines and talents.The"trinity"mode of higher education institution assistance based on political,cultural and economic assistance has been built to effectively solve such difficulties in vast rural areas as the weak fighting capacity of rural grass-roots party organizations,the lack of endogenous development motivation of the masses,and the lack of their own development capacity.In the"trinity"mode of higher education institution assistance,political assistance is the key point,cultural assistance is the intrinsic requirement,and economic assistance is the basic project,three of which form a systematic force of"1+1+1>3".In the process of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way,higher education institution is supposed to continuously strengthen the"trinity"support,to combine rural revitalization with grass-roots party construction,poverty alleviation and ambition support,and industrial development,and to promote rural revitalization in terms of organization,culture,industry and talent,so that the effective connection between consolidating and expanding fruit in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization can be realized.
