单臂架门座起重机绑扎方案的改进和创新

摘要 随着船舶的越来越大,船舶制造厂商的安装设备也开始了更新换代,100 t单臂架门座起重机很难满足生产要求,有的码头甚至出现了500 t单臂架门座起重机。由于这类门座起重机的质量较大,对绑扎运输方案提出了更高要求。文中吸取了以往海损的教训,制定了单臂架门座起重机新的绑扎方案,并通过新、老方案的对比,以求寻找新的绑扎方案在安全、质量、成本、进度、环保各方面的平衡点,具有一定的参考借鉴性。 With the increasing size of the ship,the installation equipment of the ship manufacturers has begun to be replaced.The 100t single-boom gantry crane can hardly meet production requirements,and some docks even started to use the 500t single-boom gantry crane.This kind of portal crane is of high quality,which puts forward higher requirements for the binding and transportation plan.In this paper,lessons of previous marine damages are drawn,and a new binding plan of single-boom portal crane is formulated.By comparing the new plan with old ones,a balance between safety,quality,cost,schedule and environmental protection is stroked,which has certain reference value.
