摘要
随着社会的不断发展,对电力系统可靠运行和供应保障的要求越来越高。目前,国内很多110 kV变电站都部署安装了备自投装置,以使主备电源供电达到相互备用的目的。为了解决变电站内传统就地备自投装置存在的问题:一是受电网接线方式影响较大;二是仅局限在开环点正常充电情况下能起到备投作用;三是各站点之间无法相互配合。在串供系统中,当远离开环点的站点发生故障时,会导致失压站点增多。为此,提出了一种基于实时信息交互的远方备自投方案,能快速自适应各种不同运行方式。通过增加通信装置和通信通道,使本站能与两侧站点进行实时信息传递,从而进行装置动作判断,并快速自适应各种不同运行方式。通过实际站点远方备自投正确动作的案例验证了此方案的可行性,为电力系统中此类问题的解决提供了具有价值的参考方案。
With the continuous development of society,the requirements for reliable operation of power system and reliable supply of power are increasing.At present,many 110 kV substations in China have deployed and installed spare automatic switching devices to enable the main and standby power supply to achieve the purpose of mutual backup.In order to solve many problems existing in traditional on-site standby self-throwing devices in substations:First,it is greatly affected by the connection type of the power grid;Second,it can play a preparatory role only when the open-loop point is charged normally;Third the site can not cooperate with each other.In the series supply system,when sites far away from the ring point fail,the number of sites with voltage loss increases.The paper presents a scheme of remote standby self-investment based on realtime information,which can quickly adapt to various operating modes.Through the transmission of information between sites,the above problems can be well solved.Finally,the correctness and practicability of the scheme are proved by actual cases,which provides a good reference value for solving such problems in power grid system.
