圆管带式输送机调扭转装置的改进

Improvement of Twist Adjustment Device for Round Tube Belt Conveyor

针对圆管带式输送机输送带易发生扭转的情况,提供了一种新型调扭转装置。该装置在调整时不需要松动固定弯板,仅需调整调扭立板两侧的调整螺钉即可改变托辊与管状输送带轴线的相对角度,以达到调整扭转的目的。该装置已被应用于山西煤炭运销集团上社煤炭有限责任公司常顺矿——上社选煤厂的圆管带式输送机上,应用效果显著。

In view of the twisting of the conveyor belt of round tube belt conveyor,the causes of twisting are analyzed,and a new twist adjusting device is provided,which does not need to loosen the fixed bending plate,but only needs to adjust the adjusting screws on both sides of the twist adjusting plate to change the relative angle between the rollers and the axis of the tubular conveyor belt to achieve the purpose of adjusting the twist.The device has been applied to the round pipe belt conveyor of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group Shangshe Coal Limited Liability Company Changshun Mine-Shangshe Coal Processing Plant,with remarkable effect.
