摘要
煤炭企业正处于科技变革的新时期,随着开采深度的不断加深,煤矿井下深部煤层的地质情况越来越复杂,对采煤机的截割效率提出了更高的要求。因此,结合神经网络控制和模糊控制的优越性,并结合瞬时冲击载荷的特性,提出了基于自抗扰转矩补偿的截割部传动系统自适应抑制的控制方法,保证了采煤机传动系统的自适应控制。
Coal enterprises are in a new period of scientific and technological change.With the deepening of mining depth,the geological situation of deep coal seam in coal mine is becoming more and more complicated,which puts forward higher requirements on the cutting efficiency of coal mining machine.Therefore,combining the superiority of neural network control and fuzzy control with the characteristics of transient impact load,the control method of adaptive suppression of cutting section drive system based on self-disturbance torque compensation is proposed to ensure the adaptive control of coal mining machine drive system.
