煤矿带式输送机运输系统顺煤流启动控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对现阶段矿井使用的带式输送机运输系统采用逆煤流启动存在能耗高、设备磨损大以及启动时间长等问题,提出将顺煤流启动控制技术应用到带式输送机运行控制中。以山西某矿3509综采工作面工程为例,分析顺煤流启动控制技术控制原理、软启动方式以及控制方案,以及顺煤流启动控制技术应用效果。经现场应用后,顺煤流启动控制系统可平稳运行,期间未出现输送机启动故障或者堆煤等问题,预计运输系统年可降低电费约55万元,取得较好的应用成果。 In view of the problems of high energy consumption,high wear and tear of equipment and long starting time of the belt conveyor transport system using reverse coal flow starting at the present stage of the mine,it is proposed to apply the smooth coal flow starting control technology to the belt conveyor operation control.The control principle,soft start method and control scheme of downstream start control technology,as well as effect of the application of coal flow start control technology are elaborated.After the field application,the smooth operation of the smooth coal flow start control system can be achieved,during which no problems such as conveyor start-up failure or coal pile-up occurred,and the annual electricity cost of the transportation system is expected to be reduced by about 550,000 RMB,which is a good application result.
