摘要
为实现综采工作面高效回采,依据山西某矿11305综采工作面与F4断层赋存情况,提出快速过断层技术并进行工程应用。具体采用注浆方式对回采巷道断层影响区进行加固,确保采面过断层期间回采巷道围岩稳定;采用松动爆破方式辅助采煤机破岩、注浆+撞锲+吊棚方式控制围岩变形。经现场应用后,采面过断层期间仍保持4.8 m/d推进速度,安全快速通过断层影响区,取得较好应用成果。
In order to achieve efficient recovery of the comprehensive mining face,based on the 11305 comprehensive mining face and F4 fault assignment,the rapid fault crossing technology is proposed and applied in engineering.Specifically,the slurry injection method is used to reinforce the impact area of the fault in the back mining roadway to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the back mining roadway during the fault crossing period;the loose blasting method is used to assist the coal miner to break the rock,and the slurry injection + crashing wedge + hanging shed method is used to control the deformation of the surrounding rock.After the field application,the mining face still maintains 4.8 m/d advance speed during the fault,and passes the fault affected area safely and quickly,and achieves better application results.
