摘要
针对带式输送机在特殊工况下因自动拉紧装置设计不当所产生的可靠性降低、工作效率下降等问题,对拉紧装置动态特性进行详细探究。运用Matlab软件通过有限元方法完成了拉紧装置的动态特性分析。结果表明,拉紧装置的动态特性受到输送机整体系统的影响,可以设备胶带中动张力变化作为参考,逐步优化拉紧装置特性参数,以使拉紧装置最大限度地提供所需的拉紧力,保障非稳定运行工况下运输机的安全、稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of reduced reliability and decreased working efficiency caused by improper design of automatic tensioning device in special working conditions of belt conveyor,the theory of dynamic characteristics of tensioning device is investigated in detail and the dynamic characteristics of tensioning device are analyzed by finite element method using Matlab software.The analysis results show that the dynamic characteristics of the tensioning device are affected by the overall system of the conveyor,and the dynamic tension changes in the equipment tape can be used as a reference to gradually optimize the characteristic parameters of the tensioning device,so that the tensioning device can provide the required tensioning force to the maximum extent and ensure the safe and stable operation of the conveyor under non-stationary operating conditions.
