摘要
针对某煤炭企业服役中的采煤机存在振动的问题,采用仿真计算的方法,完成了采煤机截割滚筒半径尺寸、工作过程截割滚筒牵引速度和截割滚筒转速变化对截割力的影响规律分析。结果表明,采煤机截割滚筒半径尺寸的变化对滚筒截割齿的作用力影响较小,截割滚筒工作时牵引速度和旋转速度的变化对滚筒截齿作用力影响明显,采煤机工作过程中出现振动问题可能是截割滚筒牵引速度和旋转速度选择不合适所致。
Aiming at the problem of shearer vibration in service of a coal enterprise,the influence of radius size of shearer cutting drum,traction speed of cutting drum and rotation speed of cutting drum on cutting force was analyzed by using simulation calculation method.Results show that the change of cutting drum of shearer radius size less force on the roller cutting tooth,cutting drum was pulling speed and rotating speed of change on the drum cutting force influence obviously,problems occurred in the working process of the coal winning machine vibration may be cutting drum drawing speed and spinning speed selection caused by inappropriate.
