关于刮板输送机驱动链轮的静力学分析及其优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以SGB420/17型刮板输送机为研究对象,利用Solidworks和Ansys软件建立了驱动链轮和链条的有限元模型。结果发现,驱动链轮链窝部位出现了显著的应力集中现象,并且受力呈现出周期性的特点,这是导致链窝容易出现应力损伤并发生故障的主要原因。经研究,对结构进行优化改进,优化后的短尺厚度、齿根圆弧半径、齿形圆弧半径、链窝弧半径分别为46 mm、7 mm、29 mm和24 mm。基于以上优化改进方案对刮板输送机进行技术改造,取得了很好的效果,设备的故障率有了明显的降低。 Based on the real structural parameters of the SGB420/17 scraper conveyor,the finite element model of the drive sprocket and chain is established by using Solidworks and Ansys software.It was found that significant stress concentration occurred at the sprocket socket of the drive sprocket,and the force exhibited periodic characteristics,which was the main reason that the chain socket was prone to stress damage and failure.The structure was optimized and improved,and the optimized thickness of the short ruler,tooth root arc radius,tooth profile arc radius,and chain socket arc radius were 46 mm,7 mm,29 mm and 24 mm,respectively.Based on the above optimization and improvement plan,the scraper conveyor has been technically modified,and good results have been achieved,and the failure rate of the equipment has been significantly reduced.
