摘要
针对永红煤矿洗煤厂采用先进重介浅槽分选工艺对井下原煤和矸石进行分离洗选期间设备故障频发的问题,对重介浅槽分选机进行改造设计分析。实践应用表明,该设备改造后可以有效降低矸石物料对洗选工艺中的重介质旋流器、溜槽、弧形筛设备造成的冲击压力,大幅度降低故障发生率,应用效果理想。
The advanced heavy dielectric shallow slot sorting process based on heavy dielectric shallow slot sorting machine is adopted in the coal washing plant of Yonghong coal mine to separate and wash the raw coal and gangue underground,due to the frequent equipment failure during the application period,therefore,the heavy dielectric shallow slot sorting machine is renovated and designed for analysis.The practical application proves that the equipment transformation can effectively reduce the impact pressure caused by the heavy media cyclone,chute and arc screen equipment in the washing process,the failure rate is greatly reduced,and the application effect is ideal.
