不稳定煤巷顶板锚杆支护设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 为获得安全有效的巷道支护效果,提高矿井生产效率,以不稳定巷道顶板为例,采用锚索和锚梁网组合的巷道支护设计方法,并通过现场监测深基点位移来验证巷道支护的效果。经实践证明:应用加长锚固方式,并结合锚、网、钢带联合支护对顶板进行支护后,正帮和负帮深基点位移变化量均较小,可满足现场生产需要、降低支护成本,保证巷道的安全使用。 In order to obtain safe and effective roadway support effect and improve mine production efficiency,therefore,taking the unstable roadway roof as an example,the roadway support design method combining anchor cable and anchor beam network is adopted,and the effect of roadway support is verified by monitoring deep base point displacement in the field.It is proved that:after the top slab is applied with lengthened anchorage method and combined with anchor,net and steel belt combined support,the change of deep base point displacement of both positive and negative gang is found to be small by field monitoring,which shows that the roadway support can not only meet the production needs of the site,but also reduce the support cost and ensure the safe use of the roadway.
